Knox Road

Knox Road is a 9-story, 510,000 SF mixed-use, student housing/retail development in Washington, DC. The project includes 341 units, 24,000 SF of retail, a 2–level below-grade parking with 248 spaces, over 20,000 SF of interior amenity, and 8,000 SF of exterior amenity. The project is designed by WDG Architects and has a best in class façade consisting primarily of rain screen panels with intermixed window wall.
