55 H Street is a 12-story, 220,000 SF mixed-use development for Georgetown University. The project features 158 apartments with 476 beds, above 2,000 SF of retail, interior and exterior amenities with study rooms, library, game room, and fitness center. The building is LEED Platinum certified with many unique features such as dynamic glass, roof, façade solar panels, and exterior sun shading. Other green building initiatives include low carbon concrete, the entire concrete frame, and bio-based flooring materials throughout.
