Courthouse Landmark

Courthouse Square is a 20-story residential building located in Arlington, VA directly over a WMATA tunnel and adjacent to the Courthouse Metro station. It has 3 levels of below-grade parking and 423 residential units. The project features ground floor retail and amenities such as an outdoor pool, fitness center, rooftop observation deck, and pedestrian plaza. The building’s façade is composed of masonry, window wall, and a unitized curtainwall system, as well as restored stone façade from two of the existing historic buildings. The project is currently slated to achieve LEED Gold certification, but has plans to achieve LEED Platinum.
