CSX East consists of 3 towers over a shared garage. Building #1 is a Hotel and Building #2 and Building #3 are residential apartments.  Building #2 contains 214 units and will be constructed concurrently with Building #1.  Work on Building #3 (542 Units) will commence upon completion of the structure for buildings #1 and #2. Building #2 connects to both Building #1 and #3 with aerial bridges on the 2nd floor.  In addition, Building #3 connects to Building #2 with a glass floor aerial bridge at the roof level.
