The Wray is an 8-story residential apartment project located at 515 22nd St. NW in Washington, DC. The building was existing and occupied by the State Department, and recently vacated in September, 2019. The project consists of 158 apartment units with one level of partially below grade residential units. The tenants will have access to approximately 10,000 square feet of amenity spaces including a rooftop fitness center, club room and an outdoor kitchen and lounge.
