Union Market North

Union Market North is another project located in the Union Market neighborhood of Northeast DC. The building is a 12-story concrete framed structure with 3 levels of below grade parking. The first floor will have retail space that pairs with the anchor of the neighborhood, the existing Union Market center. A shared 17,000 SF plaza will be located between Union Market North and Union Market. Union Market North will also include over 17,000 SF of amenity space designed by Editlab at Sreetsense.
